1. You will find many types of "groups" booking cruises. There are family groups, class reunion groups, church groups, singles groups, business groups, dance groups and simply a bunch of friends forming various groups. Companies are also booking cruises as either incentives to reward their employees or as great locations on which to hold seminars. That way their employees can take in a speaker's or instructor's message and enjoy a thoroughly relaxed atmosphere.

2. You're most of the way there by visiting our web site! Just fill out the Quote Request form and submit it to us. Please know that most cruise lines have a minimum requirement of 8 cabins of double or higher occupancy to qualify as a group booking. This may vary from cruise to cruise with some lines offering a minimum of 5 cabins.

3. If you are traveling with a group or are the group coordinator we will inform you about deposit, payment, and cancellation information. The terms and conditions are different for those traveling with a group than for those making individual reservations.

4. The primary benefit of group reservations is the cabin discount most cruise lines offer. Initial deposit requirements are extended to a one month time frame from initial booking and are often staged in two steps. Final payments are often closer to sailing as well. Secondary benefits are "free" (cruise fare only; taxes and port charges still apply) for every 16th person in the group. (Sometimes this may be for every 10th person in the group. Some cruise lines will also extend certain amenities to the group. When you book your group reservation we can give you all the details for the particular cruise and cruise line you've chosen.

5. Most cruise lines have different hold and deposit requirements for triple and quad cabins in a group. Most cruise lines will hold only double occupancy cabins without deposits. If triples and quads are to be added to the group, a full rather than reduced first deposit will be due at the time the triple or quad is assigned.
